WHEN IS THE WEDDING?
On Friday, July 1st, 2022 the Wedding Ceremony is scheduled to start at 2:00pm, seating will begin at 1:30pm. Join us for Cocktails, dinner and dancing stating at 4:30pm.
They will both take place at Fairmont Banff Springs located at 405 Spray Avenue,
Banff, Alberta, Canada. The ceremony will be on The Upper Bow Valley Terrace and the reception
is in Mt. Stephan Hall.

ARE THERE ANY EVENTS ON THURSDAY?
The scheduled events on Thursday will be the Rehearsal and the Welcome Dinner. The Rehearsal is only for the wedding party. We will meet at the Rundle Bar at 3:30pm. If you are expected at this event, you will receive an insert in your welcome bag. The Welcome dinner is for all guest and will take place at the Sky Bistro. It sits on the summit of Sulphur Mountain and is accessible by The Banff Gondola 100 Mountain Ave, Banff. The Banff Gondola in about a 10 minute drive from the Fairmont Banff Springs. Please arrive by 5:30pm to ensure enough time to ride the gondola. ​

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The wedding is black tie optional. The welcome dinner is cocktail attire.
HOW LONG WILL THE WEDDING BE?
On Friday, July 1st, 2022 the festivities will begin mid afternoon and the party will go till 12am.
Guests are free to leave early or dance till they kick us out!
WHERE SHOULD WE STAY?
We have room blocks at four specific hotels, please see the “Accommodations” tab. We recommend
the wedding party and family stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs, but all hotels listed are available
for anyone. Guests are also free to stay at any hotel, and do not have to limit themselves to our
room block hotels.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE WEDDING?
We love your kids, however this is an adults only wedding. We appreciate your understanding.
DO I HAVE A PLUS ONE?
Your invitation will indicate how many guests each person/family is permitted. Please refer to the invitation. If you are still unclear, feel free to reach out to William or Louise.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN BANFF IN JULY?
The average maximum temperature in July lies around 71.6°F. The average minimum temperature (usually the minimum temperature is noted during the night) lies around 44.6°F.
Banff enjoys the greatest amount of daylight during this month. The sun rises at 5:30 am and sets at 10pm, so
an average of 8 hours of direct sunshine per day. For visitors traveling to Banff we recommend wearing layers. So maybe a skirt, t-shirt, shorts for during the day and jeans and a warm jacket for some
days and evenings. July is the driest month of the year. However, there's still an average of
54.2 mm over 15 days of rainfall expected, so be sure to pack a waterproof jacket in case you get
caught in the rain.

Each hotel is different, so please check the hotel websites to clarify the rules of the hotel you
have chosen to stay at.
HOW CAN I RSVP?
Formal Invitations will be sent out Spring of 2022, that will contain an RSVP response card.
